It was a "Pink-Out"!!! Thanks to EVERYONE who contributed to this event by purchasing "Think Pink" shirts, purchasing 50/50 tickets,
or entering the raffle for the Longaberger basket. Congratulations to Jennifer Compton on winning the basket. The money raised will
go directly to the Susan G. Komen Wabash Valley Breast Cancer Foundation.
High school basketball season is HERE! and the 2009-2010 MHS season should

to keep Lions fans up-to-date with the latest action and scores from the MHS games and the Little Illini Conference and
to promote the Marshall Assist Club, which supports the Marshall Basketball Program.

2010 LIC TOURNAMENT CHAMPIONS!
At host school Flora on January 29th, Marshall defeated the Cumberland Pirates to
win their fourth consecutive LIC Tournament. Back to back to back to back....the streak continues!
COACH TOM BRANNAN RECORDS VICTORY #350
At the Kesslers Shootout on January 9th, 2010, Coach Brannan recorded victory
350 in a game against the (Tolono) Unity Rockets. Tom Brannan is now in his 18th year of coaching the Lions.

TAYLOR DUNCAN SCORES 1,000th POINT!
Senior Taylor Duncan scored his 1,000th career point during the 4th period of the
Red Hill game on December 18th. The game was stopped briefly to acknowledge the achievement. Congratulations Taylor!
